Very important for this survey! This applies only to the Shermansdale students, as we don't have a choice of different training days in Mechanicsburg. In Shermansdale we have the choice to do any day Monday through Thursday.

We at Gilbert's Martial Arts value our customers. We will have monthly surveys. If you choose to participate in one of our surveys, we will drop a ticket into our price box and once a month we will draw a winner for a free class. That is our reward for your help.

What's the best day and time for you to participate in one of our classes?

It is hard to find a day and time that is right for all of our students. With your help we can improve our academy's performance. After all, the customer is king.

Attention! This survey can only be filled out by students coming to the Shermansdale lessons. It can be filled out by current and new students alike, as our schedules sometimes change from month to month and we would like to stay updated to fulfill the need of the community. So feel free and fill one out per month. The price can be transferred to someone of your choice, if you don't want to use the price for yourself. We would like to know, which day and time will be best for you for the month of November. Give us your insight. And as a thank you, the winner will win a free class (in addition to the first free trial class). Price can not be paid out. November survey ends October 31st.
